Always know where your towel is
Revised: May 26, 2005Ok so its the eve of my last ever day at school, so how do I feel?
Hot, so damn hot in fact that I feel ill. I have been drinking water all day and I have water sickness - the over drinking of water causing stomach upset and general bad mood. Although im not in a bad mood - the day was pretty poor begin with but on the whole it has turned out to be ok. We got given out our NRA’s during 4th lesson after lunch, I went home during lunch to change into jeenes and my nintendo “Touch Me” t-shirt with my black flameing shirt over the top - to tell the truth my suit was dirty from the prom and the rest of my clothes are in the wash or packed for saturday. Which reminds me, I need to get my suit dry-cleaned soonish.
Anywho after the NRA (National Record of Achievement), there was 30mins left of lesson and so I went to say my goodbyes to my English teacher seeing as that was the lesson we had missed, after which I drove to the park with the others and sunbathed. Now I remember some hot days last year, none where spent like this, all inside and tucked away - being around friends - or at least friendly people I know was nice we “played” some football (some of them were too drunk to hit the ball) I went home for 15 mins to get changed into some cooler clothes, namely shorts and a light t-shirt. I took back five bottles of water and >_> a towel… yes I do think ahead - water + people + hot day = you guess. I was on the phone to Jenny when they attacked. I got slightly wet along my side but nothing too bad, I can run faster than they can.
The water fight had commensed, they had started this war of water, and I was the one who had three bottles on me. I preceded to make my way back to my car without anyone noticing put all my electronic stuff in the car, phone, mp3 player, etc. And went round the back way jumped though some bushes and soaked holeman… the one person who hadn’t got me - anyway that didn’t matter, and we had a massive water fight lasting almost 40 minnutes. It ended up with everyone being completely soaked.
Moral of the story, think ahead and “always know where your towel is” a towel is a usefull tool - as taught in that widely known and all popular hitchikers guide to the galaxy.
