Heterophobia

Another part of my Phobia Series, the fear of the opposite sex. This is a photo of me and my boyfriend, taken by my mother. The quality isn't as great as it's a scanned in photo, but the thoughts behind it as just the same. I can imagine the idea of a kiss to a member of the opposite sex could be quite stressful for a heterophobic… unimaginable to one such as myself, but I suppose that's what comes from being a heterosexual… though on reflection, it could be possible to be heterosexual and heterophobic, I suppose. Same as it's possible to be born into the world and have a phobia of dark or light…madness, if you ask me. The idea of even having to deal with feelings I couldn't control sends a shiver down me… I can't imagine it at all!
