Bedroom Objects Part One
Revised: June 27, 2006Well sora has her phobia seriese going and so I thought its about time I got round to actually submitting some photography myself. So I bring you the bedroom objects seriese… yeah imaginative I know, but as im not going anywhere much in the next week or so to take photos I need to compromise and so I have. My room is full of interesting junk, or at least photogenic junk
So what do I bring you today?
Behold the amazing sight of the china mushroom. The history behind this object goes back a few years. It was on one of our many journeys to that far of distant land called France, where some form of moon language is spoken and the only way to make yourself understood is to talk louder, that I picked this item up. We had driven around for a while just searching out the little villages and whatnot where there are natty bits and pieces to be bought. Various glass-smiths (no my vocabulary doesn't contain the correct word, feel free to educate me), carpenters and whatnot had studios open for anyone to simply walk in browse their wares and gaup at them while they worked on their next piece. It was a small pottery gallery where I picked this up - I like small natty things and have a collection of such items scattered around my room. Since then the poor china mushroom has be left in several different boxes and containers, under beds, wardrobes and even though the wash to end up somehow though some form of fate; in my sock draw. So there you go, wasnt that just thrilling, bet you never knew random sock draw dwelling objects could be such fun?
