All these songs I feature have meaning in my life. I only really listen to music that reflects what I’m thinking and how I’m feeling.
I was talking with my girlfriend who thought this song related to someone being left behind when there lover had died, this made me think, i actually believe that it was the reverse, and infact it was the singer who had died..
The angel has come back from heaven to visit the person who means most to them, whether it be a lover or a family member, or if your Australian whats the differnce?
An example, ‘this is the closest to heaven that ive ever been’, in my opinon this is the angel saying he has been to ‘heaven’, and the most perfect place in the world is still not as perfect as being with the one he loves.
You guys will probably think i have taken the easy option cause of the city of angel link, but if you listen to the lines, it really does work.
