An update on life

Most likely the best piece of advice I have recieved this year, and it’s very true. You never go for someone worse than those you have already had. Never the less, life does suck, and no one ever said is was easy. In fact life is shit and the only thing to make it any better is other people, so never let yourself feel down and never let anyone else make you feel like shit. It is not an inhuman reflex to be able to shrug off bad shit, it’s the acceptance that shit happens and that there is still a chance that tomorrow will be better.
I must admit I have had a shit week, it began well enough, as any normal week should. It was just filled with some shitty news and generally just got worse as the week drove on. Shit weeks however generally tend to be followed by amazing weeks, not that I am getting my hopes up that next week I might win the lottery and have playboy girls all over me (this would be the complete contrast week to this week), I am however investing hope in actually enjoying a full university branded life and actually doing somthing.
This isn’t exactly a new image/lifestyle, I have always had the funding to enjoy univeristy, simply put however I always felt obliged not to, due to having relationships at the time with people whom I felt wouldn’t appreciate it if I went out all night instead of staying in and calling them. Not their fault, simply my own blindsightedness. I enjoy being independand but when I have a relationship with someone I somehow forfit it, maybe that’s just because I am not a long distance relationship type. Oh well, plenty more fish!
So as you can see from the above photo I am eating well, or well enough by most peoples standards and one thing has led to another and somehow I always end up drinking ten or more pints of water a day - I don’t know if this is good or not as my throat is closing up atm and I am not sure if thats because of the amount of water I have drunk or the four 100g packets of Mini Eggs I have eaten. You may also see the cottage pie on the list, I can’t state in words how much I love this stuff so I got some funny looks from tescos staff when I bought enough to fill up my bit of the freezer at home, shall keep me going for a month and it’s healthy for both me and my bank account.
Talking about money, I have plenty to get me by this year which is nice - better than my first year at least. I can go out this year and afford to spend a little and still have money for food! I applied for a job at Jessops on Monday I had a high chance of getting a job, but since then circumstances have changed and im not sure if they are in a position to give me one, however I shall ring up tomorrow and see. If not I shall have to keep looking for places that need people, never know I might get lucky again.
Website Updates
I am going to be updating the design for this website to one souley created by me, this is going to be a huge undertaking and therefore shall be finished in two days time, or there about. This change of theme is becuase I managed to screw up this wordpress install and have been forced therefore to simply fuck it and reinstall. I just finished testing the new install and so shall begin working on the theme in photoshop tomorrow afternoon if I don’t go out that is (im out with Joey in the morning) and shall hopfully have somthing live by monday and maybe even switch the website over to it. The downside however is the latest version of wordpress and this version have two completely different database setups because one wp install is a beta version (I got inpatient at the time). I have almost 200 articles to transfer over, including the hundered or so comments. They shall have to be done, one by one and will take time to complete, I shall be working from present to past removing posts that are sub par, pruning as you will to keep the content of this blog to a high standard.
Must sleep now it’s 2:38 am and I have to be up for going out with Joey tomorrow at 11am!
Considering I intended this to be a quick short post, it has grown very long so congratulations if you have made it this far. I know I wouldn’t have, you win a cookie.
