When it comes to student art projects I always know I am going to be in for a suprise, this is never more true than when it involves CGI animation and a collection of students from the French animation school Gobelins. The animation short is only a couple of minutes long but has an interesting and well thought out storyline which only makes the style that the animation is drawn in look ever more outstanding. Unfortunatly the Oktapodi producers have removed all copies of the animation on the internet and even their website doesn’t show the film, a dissapointing move in my eyes. However a quick google will throw up several uploads by other people so you can see it however without the HD quality it really isn’t the same.
