Damn on Deviantart

I remember all those years ago before damn was ever thought about on deviantart, everyone used to use irc. Those where the days when you could sit there and chat to everyone in an old skool enviroment, but not any longer. A year or so ago deviantart brought in the browser based Deviant Art Messaging Network, they could have used IRC as a base but they didn’t. Pretty quickly the large following of people on the irc network died away and the damn network took over to dominate the online messaging on deviantart, even the shoutbox which is pretty well hidden had more traffic than the irc rooms and soon even I lost interest after years of loyal servitude to irc and converted to damn – simply because more people where on there.

Now since deviantart has had so many ups and downs the damn network isn’t as busy as it used to be at launch however all the cool people hang out there so it is still a really good place to check out and to network with other people who have similar interests to you. Below I have listed a selection of scripts you must have to make your damn chat experience the best it can be:

This is the core script you shall need for any form of extra functionality on damn. It is a GreaseMonkey script and thus you shall need to install that first, this also means it is a firefox only application and if your still using IE go and google what monoploly means.
