Video Production

During my tenure at Coventry University as part of my Degree I took part in the Video Production modules producing video artifacts. This required training in both the use of video equipment and the art of editing recorded artifacts to a production schedule. During the second and third years of my degree I teamed up with Joey Brannigan to produce his comedy for an Internet audience through the medium of myspace. With my editing expertise and Joey’s flair for presenting we produced a series of very successful episodes called JOEy* Brannigan Presents, this lead to a reasonably large online audience that we would meet within Birmingham’s Pidgeon Park to shoot special episodes with. The partnership with Mr Brannigan culminated with our co-production of a professional film documentary called “Escape to Nowhere” which involved a budget and filming in locations around the United Kingdom. In 2007 the film was presented to a live audience in one of Coventries auditoriums before being released privately on printed DVD to around a thousand fans. More will be coming from Mr Brannigan and myself in the coming years, pending other responsibilities.
